As of the first half of 2011, its fixed phone users amounted to 194 million, mobile phone users (CDMA) amounted to 62.36 million, with 61.74 million broadband users; the total assets of the group was up to 632.2 billion yuan, with 670000 staff.
In May 2016, it was rated as the first double creative "enterprise demonstration base" by the state council.
